At Sadaf Foods, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our premium Mediterranean and Middle Eastern products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable goods and immediate resolution for any quality concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Initial Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately for any signs of damage, missing items, or quality issues with perishable goods.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If you are unsatisfied with your order, email our support team within 30 days including your order number and clear photos of the items in question.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable returns.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
